Internship: Marketing Intern

Hours: 38 hours a week

Location: Region Utrecht

MDV, one of the top beauty sales platforms in Europe, is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to work with our Marketing team. As part of MDV’s internship, you’ll get to work directly with the most innovative beauty brands like Beautyblender, Peter Thomas Roth, STYLEDRY, True Botanicals, This Works, Maude, Mane & Tai, and RoC Skincare. Key Responsibilities

  • Branding of our brand portfolio; contributing to and executing all marketing campaigns for our international partners

  • Keeping our international media contacts up to date

  • Keeping our international calendar regarding all collaborations up to date

  • Collaborating with influencers and celebrities

  • Designing visually appealing marketing materials, such as banners, posters, and brochures

  • Managing and contributing to the growth of our social media channels, including content planning and scheduling

  • Producing engaging and relevant content for online platforms

  • Seeking suitable partnerships and sponsorships that align with our brands

  • Brainstorming and creating ways to reach our brands' customers effectively through all distribution channels

  • Ensuring the marketing vision aligns with the organisation's goals

  • Assisting in various tasks within the marketing department

Required Skills

  • You are following a relevant HBO or Bachelor study in the field of Marketing, Graphic Design or Communication

  • You are able to work at least 4 days a week within our organization

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English in word and writing

  • The ability to work independently and take initiative when tackling marketing challenges

  • Experience with product photography and image editing is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Excel; familiarity with graphic programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred

  • You excel at multitasking and can thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent commercial and communication skills

  • A proactive attitude

  • You are available from September 2024
